You may have heard that Ron Howard produced a documentary titled “Rebuilding Paradise” that was released on January 24. Now, PBS has developed a 4-part series titled “This Old House: Rebuilding Paradise.” Each episode is on Direct TV, channel 6, on Thursday at 6 pm and Saturday at 9am.
You can also watch them on your computer after they air on regular TV. The first episode in the series is available now, titled “Paradise Lost: Paradise Rebuilds.”
The series is interesting for those of us who live in an area with wildfire danger. It demonstrates how to rebuild the homes so that the land is defensible and the homes are fire resistant.
