This is the second in a series of two presentations by Alan Thompson. In the first presentation on March 10, Alan reveals what he learned about our over-dependence on land line, cell phone and internet for communications in an emergency when he was sent to reinstall communications following the Camp Fire. In this follow-up, Alan suggests practical solutions.
